It is pretty interesting sharing multiple photos on Facebook with your friends. You can share profile photos, cover photos, and even albums. But when you start considering how to delete these multiple photos on Facebook, how exactly do you go about it?
Sorry to announce to you that you are not going to find a one-click-delete button on Facebook to take out those pictures, but this doesn’t mean that there is no solution to the challenge. This article guides you through everything you can do to delete as many photos as you want on Facebook – from a PC or Mobile app!
There are two top ways to delete multiple photos on Facebook, whether on the website or Facebook app for iOS, Android, and Windows Phone.
One, Facebook allows you to delete multiple photos by deleting an entire album. When you do this, all the photos in that album are erased.
Two, you can delete multiple photos on Fb by simply deactivating your account. This method seems quite cruel as it removes everything you have saved on the platform.
HOW TO DELETE PHOTOS USING THE OFFICIAL FACEBOOK APP
First step: Log in to your account on the app, and click on your name on the menu, or on your profile photo by the “what’s on your mind” bar to open your Facebook timeline.
Second step: Scroll down to the bar for creating a new post, and you’ll see tabs for ‘Photos’, ‘Avatars’, ‘Life events’, ‘Music’, and others.
Click on the photos tab to see a list of your own photos, uploads, and albums.
Third step: Click on the photo you wish to get out of Facebook, and you’ll see three dots at the top right corner of each. Note that these icons may vary slightly on different devices. Click on the three icons, and you’ll see a list of items you can select from.
Scroll down to ‘delete photo’, click on it, and click on ‘delete’.
Repeat this process to delete multiple photos on Facebook. And you can also do this for the ‘Photos of You’ tab and ‘Uploads’.
Fourth step: How to delete photo albums, go to the photos page and click on the album you want to delete.
Fifth step: If you uploaded pictures in albums, you’ll find three dots on the top right corner of the album click on. Clicking on the dots will reveal a list of options you can select.

HOW TO DELETE PHOTOS THROUGH THE FACEBOOK WEBSITE ON YOUR PC
First step: Log in to the Facebook website www.facebook.com on your PC.
Second step: After logging in with your email or username and password, you’ll be welcomed with your Facebook news feed.
Third step: Access your Facebook profile on the page’s top left, then click on it to open your Facebook profile. Then, click on the Photos tab below your profile picture.
Fourth step: Hover over each photo to see the edit icon on the top right corner of the selected photo. Click on it to see a list of options to pick from.
Fifth step: Locate the Delete this photo option, to delete the desired photo. And on the next pop-up, click Delete.
To delete multiple photos on Facebook, you’ll need to repeat this process. If you have a huge number of photos to delete, you can consider giving yourself a target daily number of photos to delete. Before you know it, you are cleared.
TO DELETE ALBUM PHOTOS ON FACEBOOK
One of the quickest ways to delete multiple photos on Facebook is to delete the album where those photos are enlisted.
Simply click on Photos from below your profile and above the “What’s on your mind?” bar. You’ll see Photos Of You, Uploads, and Album options when you open it.
The Album section already displays a list of albums you have in your account. Click on the specific album you want to delete.
When it opens, click the 3 dots to reveal “Edit”. Tap the “Edit”.
Scroll down and click “Delete Album”
A message will be displayed asking if you are sure to want to delete your Album. This should be your decision and remember, once all facebook images have been deleted, it is all gone forever.
But since we want that album totally out of Facebook, you’ll simply click on Delete Album. And go ahead to confirm Delete Album on the next pop.
DELETE ALBUM PHOTOS ON FACEBOOK BY DEACTIVATING YOUR ACCOUNT
This approach is quite harsh. But if you think it would provide the result you always wanted, you can simply locate Settings & Privacy in your profile, and click on Settings.
Under the Account settings, click “Personal Information” and then go to “Manage account”.
Click “Deactivation”. Confirm the task by providing your Fb password. Once done, the Facebook account will be deactivated.
