I am unable to recharge my glo line, but do receive calls. They been sending me warning that by December 2023, they will delete my glo line.
I try calling glo customer line several time, is not going. I don’t know what to do now.

I was at the office in wise yesterday but I was told network was bad …..I did welcome back but the SIM card is not working.

Normally, when you do welcome back at their office, it should not be up to 2 hours before you can start using the sim again.
Hello, how do I check if I am the one who registered my glo SIM? Currently my Glo SIM is showing Insert SIM on my phones, I want to do welcome back but I do not know if I was the one who registered the SIM card.
Download the Glo cafe from the Play Store or IOS. Sign in and you will see the registered name on the dashboard.

I have not been able to work with my Glo Cafe since Saturday 3/Feb/24 because a Prompt keep blocking me and asking that i should “Update” my App. When I click on the button to “Update” it takes me to Playstore. When now click on “Open” , it takes me back to the existing Glo Cafe App on my phone. i have spoken to 2 Customer Service Agent but without resolving the problem.
my schedule is so tight that going physically to the Customer Care center is far too demanding on me at a time like this. I pray that about N2,000 Data bundles I recharged but unable to use will still be intact.
For the past 3 days I have been receiving a message asking me to re-register my Glo line or risk disconnection. What is the truth in this? I have already linked my line with my NIN. How do I confirm the validity of my previous registration and linking of my line with NIN?
